Two bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds;

1 Balcony with dining area.
Located in Montechoro – Albufeira, 5 minutes from the center, the beaches and the main services, restaurants and bars.
Accommodation Rules:
- Prohibited to make noise between 22:00 PM and 07:00 AM;
- It is not allowed to disturb or disrespect the neighbors;
- Parties or events are prohibited;
- Pets are allowed;
- To check-in, at least one guest must be 30 years of age or older;
- It is not allowed to exceed the number of occupants allowed in the accommodation, even if they are visitors;
- It is mandatory to provide a security deposit on the day of check-in, which will be returned within 7 days after check-out;
- It is mandatory to comply with these and other accommodation rules, expressed in the Local Accommodation Book;
- Days before your arrival, you will be contacted via mobile phone to arrange the time and place of check-in, and to find out if you have any special requests to be arranged before your arrival.
